More house

Yeah! The cabinets were installed today. The walls are painted. I think tile and wood will be next.

Easter

We had a fun Easter and luckily the Easter Bunny found us before our trip to Utah, but apparently he also knows both grandmas very well and left things with them as well.

We need to work with Max - he kept stopping to open the eggs during all of the egg hunts. And of course, I had to go through the eggs and take out all of the chocolate and good candy before I gave them to the kids. Some day soon they will realize what I am doing.

More House

Some day, far, far away, the house will be finished. And apparently we don't need to get a swingset because the kids love climbing the rock walls out front.

Happy Birthday Max!

I can't believe my little guy is already 2. He got help from Sophia in blowing out the candles on his cake and when that didn't really work, Cody helped by holding his head inches from the cake so Max could spit all over it. Thanks to my sister, who sent him a music playing, spinning, could be used as swords toy. But we are so glad to him with us.

Framing

So we actually have started on the house. The roof should be on next week. Very exciting.
